Our Guidelines

We strictly follow IVO’s latest guidelines , which means:

• All patients must be over 18 years of age.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding people cannot be treated.
• A complete medical examination is carried out before any treatment.
• Written, informed consent is required from all patients before treatment is performed.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation of treatment appointment: If you cancel a booked appointment, your deposit of SEK 500 will not be refunded. However, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your appointment if you contact us at least 7 days before the treatment date .

2. No-shows: If a patient fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, we will retain the payment, and no refund will be made.
   
3. Changes to dates or locations: We reserve the right to change the dates or locations of treatments. In the event of such changes, we will contact you directly to book a new date. Please note that we are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
   
4. Behavior: We reserve the right to cancel treatments for clients who behave in a disruptive, defamatory or disruptive manner.
   

Treatments

• Our treatments are reversible but non-refundable .
• All treatments are subjective in nature. No treatments are performed without:
  • Verbal consent
  • Written consent
  • Photographic consent

Patients are encouraged to undergo follow-ups with the same therapist.

Late Arrival

• In case of late arrival, treatment may be cancelled to avoid disruption to other patients. We recommend that you plan your appointment to avoid delays.

Consultations

• All booked appointments include a consultation and possible treatment after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• A consultation is charged at 500 SEK , which is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future treatment. However, the amount will be deducted from the price once you have received your treatment with us. 

Price structure

• All prices are indicative and may vary depending on individual needs and the amount of product used.
• Exact costs for your treatment will be discussed during the consultation.

Complaints and Comments

We take complaints and feedback very seriously. Please follow these steps if you have any questions or concerns:

1. Side effects: Contact us immediately if you suspect any side effects. One of our specialist doctors will handle the matter as a priority.
2. Asymmetry: Send us photographs for review. An appointment for correction will then be scheduled.
3. Follow-up: We aim to offer review meetings within 14 days .
4. Missed appointment: If you miss your review appointment, no new appointments will be offered, except in extenuating circumstances.
5. Anti-wrinkle treatment review window:
   • Review should be requested between 14–21 days after the first treatment.
   • Times outside this period are considered new treatments and will be charged accordingly.
6. Correction: If additional product is required, the cost for this will be charged.

After the Treatment

• Results vary between individuals and are discussed during the consultation.
• Carefully follow the aftercare advice provided by your therapist to optimize results and safety.
